The Mobius TG runs a different body to the rest of the series, so its nozzle is a different part — this is the 0.5mm nozzle made specifically for the trigger model, not the top-lever Mobius. It's the same "Mobius Signature Nozzle" that ships pre-installed in the TG, and the one both of its air caps are designed around: the Fan Cap for wide coverage and the Round Cap for detail.
Because the TG is built to move serious paint volume, the nozzle has to atomize cleanly at high flow without spitting. Gaahleri's optimised internal airflow keeps the pattern even across the pressure range, so thinned paint breaks up smoothly rather than peppering — the usual symptom of a worn or mismatched tip. Keeping a spare also means a clogged or damaged nozzle doesn't sideline your main coverage gun mid-project.
It swaps out through the series' patented quick-release fitting: unscrew the air cap and nozzle cap, and the nozzle lifts straight out for cleaning.
