The Elefant is an improved version of the Ferdinand tank-hunter that made it's debut during the battle of Kursk. Based originally on a version of the Tiger I hull, the armoured super structure was impervious to most shots from enemy tanks. In Flames of War, the high AT of the gun combined with the extremely high frontal armour means although pricey in points, is a great support option to be a lynchpin in your defensive line.
